Processing Times All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Delivery (UK) Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days — Free on orders over £150, otherwise £4.99 Express Delivery: 1–2 business days — £9.99

International Delivery Europe: 5–8 business days — From £12.99 Rest of World: 7–14 business days — From £18.99

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to refund original shipping charges if a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties.
