Shipping and returns
From the moment you order to the moment your pieces arrive, here is what to expect.
Shipping
Delivery options
Standard delivery: 3–5 business days, free on orders over £150 (£4.99 below).
Express delivery: 1–2 business days, £9.99.
Europe: 5–8 business days, from £12.99.
Rest of world: 7–14 business days, from £18.99.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm or at the weekend are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs and import duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached, and in the original packaging where possible. Swimwear, lingerie, pierced jewellery and final-sale items cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
Log in to your account, open your order history and select the items you want to return to generate a prepaid label. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order number and we will help.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return arrives and has been checked, we refund it within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days to show the funds.
Can I exchange an item?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Return the original item for a full refund and place a new order for the size or colour you want, so it doesn’t sell out in the meantime.
